“ The Federal government has now cancelled the tattooing program in Federal Prisons which was a wasteful, useless program in the first place” says Randy White President of the Drug Prevention Network of

“ As more people have time to assess the numerous Harm Reduction Programs being drummed up by many groups seeking grants from governments we are seeing a trend to revert back to proven programs related to treatment, prevention and enforcement” says White

“The new Government of is on track with putting a National Drug Strategy together which excludes wasteful, unsuccessful and expensive trial balloons that hurt the positive programs of advertising, prevention and treatment. It appears that will once again focus on getting people off drug addiction rather than maintaining the habit.” Says White who was a long time critic of the wasteful tattooing program in prisons.
