Affiliation is the mutual agreement of two parties that agree on the same principles to exchange information, promote each organization and share common goals. If you agree with the following principles why not let us promote you on our website and you may reflect our organization on your site.

Principles:

1. To advocate no use of illegal drugs and no abuse of legal drugs including alcohol, tobacco and solvents.

2. To oppose the legalization of drugs.

3. To support United Nations Conventions and Treaties concerning drugs and psychotropic substances.

4. To promote a healthy lifestyle free of drugs.

As our affiliate you will receive updates of Our Drug News from around the world and our quarterly newsletter from the Drug Prevention network of Canada. This provides you access to drug information from our World Wide Network.

How do I become an affiliate?

To affiliate all you do is contact us. (see "Contact Us" on this website)

Indicate you would like you or your organization to affiliate and that you agree with our principles.

There are no membership fees, solicitations or mailing lists provided to any third party by The Drug Prevention Network of Canada.

The following organizations agree with our principles and we are proud to promote their activities. We encourage you to contact them with the assurance that the Principles upon which they work are in keeping with the highest of standards. ADIC [Addictive Drugs Information Council]

The council is dedicated to communicating accurate information on addictive drugs. ADIC is comprised of members of the medical, health care, educational, law enforcement, business and community leaders. Each group conveys a unique perspective on the effects of addictive drugs on society.

BRAHA, Brazilian Humanitarians in Action (Brasileiros Humanitários em Açao) is a non-profit association established with the objective of supporting and informing about initiatives which can better life quality of the inhabitants of Brazil as well as of other places of the world.

National Drug Prevention Alliance of the UK.

The main emphasis deserves to be on prevention, for it is here that the largest successes have been measured. The NDPA campaigns for Prevention's potential to be fulfilled. The Odd Squad is a group of five Vancouver police officers that formed a non-profit society in 1998 to educate the public about issues affecting the community.
